What to Know Before You Go to Dumke Family Softball Stadium

Know before you go to every Utah Softball game in 2025
SALT LAKE CITY – The first home game of 2025 for the University of Utah Softball Team has nearly arrived and to help fans prepare for all 14 home gamedays and enjoy the best possible experience, Utah Athletics has created this page with information on and links to buy tickets, a map of available parking on gameday, as well as Dumke Family Softball Stadium policies.
Tickets
Season tickets and single game tickets for 2025 are currently on sale and both can be purchased by visiting utahtickets.com/softball/. All ticket sales are cashless and all tickets are digital, including MUSS Tickets. Pre-purchasing tickets will allow fans to obtain the best price. Those on the Utah player pass list will have their tickets added to their account associated with the email provided by the student-athletes.
To ensure a successful experience with digital ticketing, fans are encouraged to download their tickets to the wallet on their smartphone for presentation upon arrival at the stadium gates to expedite the entry process. Ticket sales and customer service will be available at the ticket office near the main entrance.
Stadium Gates
Gates to Dumke Family Softball Stadium will open 60 minutes prior to first pitch and fans are encouraged to arrive early to speed the process for entry.
Parking
Three parking lots on the University of Utah campus have been made available free of charge to fans who wish to attend games. The lots at 101 S Wasatch Drive, 72 S Central Campus Drive and 9 S Wasatch Drive will be free to fans. A map displaying which lots will be made available can be found here.
Concessions
To reduce touchpoints and increase efficiency with concessions sales, Dumke Family Softball Stadium has implemented cashless transactions at all concessions stands. All sales will be completed using either credit cards or Apple Pay and Google Wallet mobile payment apps.
Dumke Family Softball Stadium Policies
A clear bag policy will be implemented, as only clear bags will be allowed to enter the stadium and no outside food or drink will be allowed into the ballpark. No animals are allowed on to the grounds, unless it is a designated service animal.

- Rudeness to other fans, stadium personnel, competitors or officials
- Throwing objects or entering the field of play
