2023 Cross Country:
• Made her season debut at the Roy Griak Invitational running a time of 23:19.1
2023 Outdoor Track:
• Opened the season with a 1500m PR at the Utah Spring Classic clocking in at 4:53.64
• Set a new personal best in the 5000m (17:10.09) race at the Bryan Clay Invitational
• Competed in the 5000m at the Pac-12 Championships
2022-23 Indoor Track:
• Started the season with a PR in the 3000m at the UW Invite after crossing the finish line at 9:57.43
• Followed up with a run in the 3000m at the Husky Classic two weeks later
2022 Cross Country:
• Competed in the UVU Invitational to kick open the season, her lone appearance of the season
2022 Outdoor Track:
• Made her season debut at the UVU Collegiate Invitational with a PR time of 4:51.34 (aa) in the 1500m
• Set a new PR in the mile (5:18.75 aa) at the Robison Invitational

2021 Outdoor Track:
• Made her collegiate debut at the USC Trojan Invitational with an eighth-place finish in the 3000m with a time of 10:31.0

High School:
• Had an great prep career winning the 4A state championship in cross country in 2018 at Desert Hills High School and earned all-region and second-team all-state honors
• Helped guide team to two region nine championships (2017-18)
• Was a runner-up finisher in the 3A state championship in 2016 and runner-up the following year at the 4A level
• Claimed the 3A state championship in track in 2017 while earning runner-up finishes in the state track championship at the 4A level in her final two seasons at DHHS (2018-19)
• Also led the Thunder to three-straight region nine championships in track (2017-19)
• Earned academic all-state honors for cross country in 2018 and academic all-state for track in 2019 in addition to academic honor roll accolades all four years
