2023 Outdoor Track:
• Ran the sixth-fastest time by any collegian in the 10k and also broke the school record with a time of 31:48.35 at the Stanford Invite – which is the fastest time in the NCAA in 2023
• Followed up with the second fastest 5000m time in school history at the Payton Jordan Invitational with a time of 15:25.30 – which is the fifth fastest time in the NCAA in 2023
• Became Utah’s first-ever individual Pac-12 Champion after capturing the 10000m title with a time of 32:32.98
• Just the third Women of Utah to qualify for NCAA Championships in both the 5000m and 10000m after placing second and third, respectively, in the 5k (15:34.60) and 10k (32:20.81)
• Best finish by any Ute at NCAA Championships with national runner-up finish in 10000m race with time of 32:47.70 - best finish and time ever by a Ute at the championships
• Took third in 5000m race at NCAA Championships with time of 15:42.40 - fastest time by a Ute at the championships
• Is just the second Ute to ever earn two First-Two All-America awards in the same championships
• Was the third Woman of Utah to earn multiple All-America honors at the same championships and the seventh Ute to do so in her career (outdoors)
• Joined teammate Simone Plourde as just the second Utah duo to earn multiple All-America honors at the championships
• Became the only Woman of Utah to be a three-time First-Team All-American and do it in one season (indoor and outdoor)

2022-23 Indoor Track:
• Won the 3000m with a time of 9:00.95 at the UW Invite in just her second race of the season
• Broke the school 5000m record with a run of 15:20.37 at the Husky Classic to take second
• Ran the second-fastest 3000m race at Utah with a time of 8:58.50 – which was good for sixth
• Finished fifth at the NCAA Indoor Championships with a mark of 15:59.22 (aa) in the 5000m

2022 Cross Country:
• Opened her senior season capturing the Roy Griak Invitational individual crown (20:33.2) to help Utah secure the team sweep as well
• Her mark of 20:33.2 was the fifth-fastest time since the race lengthened to 6k in 2000 and was the fastest time since 2011
• Led the Utes once again with a sixth-place finish at the stacked Nuttycombe Invitational with a time of 20:02.9
• Set a new 6k PR with a 19:16.7 performance at the Pac-12 Championships while taking second
• Was a runner-up at the NCAA Mountain Regionals (20:10.8) to help give Utah an automatic bid to the championships
• Guided Utah to its best finish at NCAA Championships (12th) with a run of 19:54.1 – which was a course record along with the other top-19 finishers
2022 Outdoor Track:
• Set a new PR in the 5000m race at the Stanford Invitational with a ninth-place finish time of 15:47.79 and moved her into fourth all-time at Utah
• Ran the second-fastest 10k time at Utah with a mark of 33:07.74 at the Mt. SAC Relays – which was the 14th fastest time in the regular-season for Division I
2021-22 Indoor Track:
• Made her indoor debut with the Utes running the third-fastest 3000m time in program history at the UW Invitational and finished eighth-overall with a mark of 9:12.22
• Followed up with the second-fastest 5000m time in Utah history at the Husky Classic to take seventh (15:48.02)
2021 Cross Country:
• Made her Utah debut with a fifth-place finish in her first race since 2019 and clocked in at 20:15.5 to help Utah capture the Dellinger Invitational title
• Helped Utah to a second-place finish against a loaded field at the FSU Invite/Pre-Nationals meet and was the second Ute to cross the finish line at 20:11.9 for 13th-overall
• Recorded the best individual finish in Utah history at the Pac-12 Championships with a time of 20:40.7 for third place and led the Utes to a second-place finish

• Followed up with a PR in the 5000m  (15:45.09) the following week with a seventh-place run at the Husky Classic

• Competed in five meets with three top-10 finishes and one top-15 finish
• Started her sophomore campaign with a third-place finish at the Sundodger Invitational in the 6k
• Improved her time in the 6k at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational with a time of 19:58.2, which was good for ninth
• Took sixth at the Mountain West Championships in the 6k
• Ran a new PR mark of 19:53.9 in the 6k at the NCAA West Regionals and took 11th-place
• Posted a 39th-place finish at her second NCAA Championships with a mark of 20:35.8 and was the second Bronco to cross

• Claimed fifth at the Mountain West Championships after running a PR time of 34:16.66 in the 10k

• Parents are Trey and Tricia Venters
• Has a younger brother, Zach
• Grandfather, Duane Callahan, was pole-vaulter at Pittsburg State and was a two-time all-conference honoree
• Held the school record for some time after graduation
• Is a 20-year cancer survivor after being diagnosed with leukemia at the age of 3
• Graduated from Colorado with a degree in integrative physiology
• Working on her post baccalaureate degree in 2022-23
