The Utes are now 1-3 this season. Their win came from the meet against the University of Idaho for a 7-0 victory. Last week Utah played a close match against No. 66 Kansas State for a 2-5 loss.
Quote from Coach Megan Dorny
"As a team, we are making a lot of headway particularly in the doubles. The coaches are happy to see good match to match progress and improvement with execution. We are looking forward to this next three week stretch in the season because we are playing a number of beatable teams at home. We are still working to get all of our players healthy, especially No. 1 Liz Ferris who is struggling with a muscle strain in her lower back."
