This Week
The University of Utah women's tennis team will face Montana State-Billings on Friday and Boise State on Saturday. Both matches are scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m. Montana State and Boise State will also play eachother on Friday at 1:00 p.m. All matches will be played at Eccles Tennis Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The Opposition
The Montana State Yellowjackets will play their first spring dual match this Friday against Boise State, followed by the match against the Utes. The Yellowjackets were last seen playing a dual match against Montana State-Bozeman in October. Bozeman took the match 7-0 over Billings.
The Boise State Broncos are currently ranked No. 66 by the ITA. The Broncos will also open their spring season on Friday against Montana State-Billings, followed by Saturday's battle against the Utes. Bianca Jochimsen will lead Boise State against Utah.
Ute Notes
The University of Utah women's tennis team returns this week after two refreshing 7-0 wins over Montana State- Bozeman and the University of Montana. The Utes also played a close match last week against #56 Washington State for a 3-4 loss. In all three dual matches last weekend, the Utes swept the doubles competition. No. 67 Elizabeth Ferris will lead the Utes this weekend in competition.
