SALT LAKE CITY - The 48th-ranked University of Utah women's tennis team (7-6, 0-0) will face Loyola Marymount (2-8,0-0) Tuesday, March 23 in Los Angeles at the LMU Tennis Center at 2:30 p.m. MT.
"We are looking forward to playing Loyola Marymount tomorrow," said head coach Mat Iandolo. "We have just had three good days of training in San Diego and are excited to play this very competitive team on its home courts."
The Utes are coming off a two week break in action before which they won five of six matches. Utah is 6-0 at home this year for the first time in the program's history.
The Utes last match was a, 5-2, loss at Boise State on March 7.
The Lions are coming off a, 7-0, home loss to Wyoming.
This is the last non-conference match for the Utes. They begin Mountain West Conference play at home against BYU Saturday, March 27.
