SALT LAKE CITY - Riding a four-game win streak, the No. 55 University of Utah women's tennis team (4-1) preps to take on BYU (2-3) in the Deseret First Dual, Wednesday, Feb. 19 beginning at 5 p.m. at the Eccles Tennis Center.
Last Time Out
The Utes collected two wins last week, including an upset of No. 50 Denver at home, 5-2 on Feb. 13. On Feb. 15, the Utes traveled to Boise State where they bested the Broncos, 5-2.

In the Rankings
The Utes have earned recognition in all five of the ITA NCAA Division I polls beginning Jan. 2. Ranking as high as 59th, they are currently sitting at a season-low No. 55.
Tereza Bekerova was awarded No. 107 in singles in the Jan. 2 rankings, while Sarah Pham currently holds singles No. 111 in the rankings out Feb. 11.
Scouting the Opposition
Just two days after No. 55 Utah upset No. 50 Denver at the Eccles Tennis Center on Feb. 13, BYU followed suit, topping the Pioneers 6-1 in Provo.
The Cougars sit on a two-game win streak after collecting another win over Boise State on Feb. 8.

The Utes last saw the Cougars in Provo on March 2, 2013. Utah battled to earn the victory, 5-2.
Next Time Out
Next, the Utes will travel to Albuquerque, N.M. to face Oklahoma on Feb. 22 at 5 p.m. and New Mexico on Feb. 23 at 11 a.m.
