The Utah ski team handed out several team awards during its annual season-ending banquet last week. Continue below for a list of recipients.
Toril Forland Outstanding Skier Award

Merete Myrseth
Alpine:
Roni Remme
Presented to the outstanding female skier of the year. Myrseth won three races during the season with four podium finishes. She finished second in the 5-km classic at NCAA's and also earned All-America honors 15-km freestyle race with a fifth-place finish. Remme had two wins during the year with four podium and seven top five finishes. She was third in the giant slalom at the NCAA Championships and also earned All-America honors in the slalom with an eighth-place finish.

David Novelle Memorial Outstanding Skier Award

Martin Bergström
Alpine:
Sam Dupratt
Presented to the outstanding male skier of the year. Bergström swept both the 10-km classic and 20-km freestyle NCAA titles. He earned six podium finishes during the season. Dupratt won three giant slalom races during the year with five podium finishes. He placed second in the giant slalom at the NCAA Championships.
C.D. Reddish Memorial Award

Josefin Nilsson

Joergen Brath
Given to the graduating senior or upperclassman who has contributed the most to the team on and off the snow. This past season, Nilsson's best finish was 12th in the sprint freestyle at the Seawolf Invite. During four seasons at Utah, she had three top five and eight top 10 finishes. Brath had a career-best fourth-place finish in the giant slalom at the RMISA Championships this season with four top 10 finishes. He competed at the NCAA Championships all four years at Utah, earning All-America honors in the giant slalom in 2014 and 2017.
Alf Engen Sportsmanship Award
Kevin Bolger
Given to the outstanding athlete in either their junior or senior year who best demonstrated the most inspirational qualities on the team. Bolger won two races - as well as the U.S. sprint classic championship - and didn't finish out of the top four in the season's first seven races before suffering frostbite on his hands in Alaska. He missed the RMISA Championship and wasn't cleared to compete at the NCAA Championships until just days before the race. And yet, he still earned All-America honors in the 20-km freestyle with a 10th-place finish. A four-time NCAA qualifier for the Utes, Bolger had 13 career top-five finishes and was a two-time All-American.
