Hannah Flippen Named Academic All-American

First Ute to ever be honored in consecutive seasons
AUSTIN, Texas - Utah softball student-athlete Hannah Flippen has been named an Academic All-American for a second season in a row by the College Sports Information Directors of America.
Flippen, a senior with a 3.59 GPA in Human Development and Family Studies/Psychology, was named to the second team and is Utah softball's first two-time Academic All-American
Flippen, the 2017 Pac-12 Player of the Year, is also a three-time Pac-12 All-Academic selection and will be continuing her education at Utah in the fall on a Pac-12 postgraduate scholarship.
A Ute has been named to an Academic All-America team every year since 2008.
