SALT LAKE CITY – The University of Utah women's tennis program is set to take on Oregon in the first round of the 2018 Pac-12 Championships on Wednesday, April 25.
The match is set to start at 4 p.m. MT in Ojai, Calif. at the Ojai Valley Athletic Club. Scores and updates can be found at
www.Pac-12.com/tennischamps with the women's final airing live on Pac-12 Los Angeles on Saturday. If Utah defeats Oregon, they would head into the quarterfinals against No. 2 seed UCLA on April 26.

Mat Iandolo said. "We look forward to this rematch on a neutral court."
Utah enters the tournament 10-13 overall this year and despite losing to the Ducks in regular season play, the Utes hold a 6-3 record against Oregon under the direction of Iandolo.

Is 8-13 overall this season … had three straights wins at the No. 2 position to start the season against DePaul, Minnesota and Utah State … claimed a 6-2, 6-1 victory at the No. 1 position against Weber State … had a key come-back win over Danielle Quevedo of New Mexico (5-7, 6-2, 6-2) … won her match against Anastasia Abramyan of BYU (6-3, 6-2) … dominated against Colorado with a 6-2, 6-1 win over Chloe Hule.
No. 3 Singles, Jena Cheng (SR | Edmonton, Alberta)
Has mostly played at No. 3 singles … is 8-7 overall this season (1-0 at No. 2, 3-6 at No. 3, 4-0 at No. 4, 0-1 at No. 5) … three consecutive wins against DePaul, Minnesota and Utah State … was key at the No. 4 spot against Alabama with a 7-6, 7-6 win … won a set and was leading the second in an unfinished match against No. 31 Emily Arbuthnott of Stanford … claimed a win over Ndindi Ndunda of Fresno State (6-2, 4-6, 6-2) … defeated Polina Malykh of BYU (6-4, 6-3).
