HOME SWEET HOME
Utah is currently 96-35 (.732) all-time in Rice-Eccles Stadium (1998-present). Utah is 68-24 during the Kyle Whittingham era in Salt Lake City, including two undefeated home seasons in 2008 (6-0) and 2009 (6-0). Utah is 5-0 at home this season and has won nine consecutive home games and 11 of their last 12 at RES. It is the longest home winning streak since winning 21 in a row (second-longest in school history) from 9/15/07 to 10/23/10.

Utah is 39-40 against Pac-12 teams as a conference member and 115-158-6 all-time against Pac-12 schools.

•   Utah ranks eighth in the initial College Football Playoff poll issued Nov. 5. The Utes also rank eighth in the latest AP poll and ninth in the Coaches poll. The No. 8 spot for the Utes is their highest in CFP poll history.
•   Utah leads the Pac-12 and ranks sixth nationally in weeks ranked in the College Football Playoff poll, with 25 weeks, trailing only Alabama (32), Clemson (32), Ohio State (32), Oklahoma (30) and LSU (28).
•   The last time Utah ranked higher in the AP poll was the No. 3 position on Oct. 18, 2015 and the last time they ranked higher in the Coaches poll was seventh the same week.
•   Utah has won five games in a row, its longest winning streak since winning eight in a row over the end of the 2014 season (two games) and the beginning of 2015 (six games).
•   Utah has defeated five consecutive Pac-12 opponents for the first time since joining the conference in 2011.
•   Utah is 8-1 for the first time since 2015, and has started a season 8-1 or better for the fifth time in Kyle Whittingham's 15 seasons as a head coach (9-0 in 2008; 8-1 in 2009, '10, '15 and '19).
•   The Utes have held four opponents this season to fewer than 10 points (0 by Cal and Idaho State, 7 by Oregon State, 3 by Arizona State), the most in a season by Utah since holding four opponents to single-digits in 2007.
•   Utah's shutout against California was its first against a Pac-12 school since joining the conference. The Utes have shut out its opponents in eight halves of football this season. Utah has two shutouts this season (Cal, Idaho State), the first time the Utes have had two shutouts in a season since 2003 (BYU, Southern Miss).
•   The Utes have sold out 62-straight games in Rice-Eccles Stadium since the 2010 season opener, including 58 standing room only crowds. The school record for season attendance average is 46,533 (2015) and Utah has averaged more than 46,000 fans per game in four of the past five seasons.
