SALT LAKE CITY – Utah skiers
Julia Richter and Joachim Lien were named RMISA Skiers of the Week for the UAA Invitational.
RMISA Skier of the Week is based on NCAA qualification points earned during the meet. Ties are broken on time and skiers can only win once.
Richter won the classic sprint and finished second in the 10-km freestyle. It was her first win of the season. During two weeks in Alaska, which included the RMISA Championships/NCAA West Regional, she won both classic races and finished second in both freestyle races.
Lien tied for second in the men's giant slalom and also tied for second in the men's slalom. He also had a strong week up North, finishing second in the GS and fourth in the slalom at the RMISA Championships.

Addison Dvoracek (RMISA giant slalom qualifier) and
Eirin Engeset (RMISA giant slalom qualifier).
