Schramm Pitched 4.2 Innings With Six Strikeouts Out of the Bullpen
PHOENIX, Ariz. – Utah dropped its Monday afternoon game 11-2 at Grand Canyon to finish up a weekend in Arizona.

Oliver Dunn went 2-4 at the plate for the Utes and scored one run. Zack Moeller went 1-4 with an RBI.
Â
Utah took a 2-1 lead in the third inning after a Moeller single, and then an error and wild pitch by Grand Canyon moved Dunn home.
Â
The Lopes came right back though and retook the lead in the bottom half of the third and then scored four more in the fourth to go up 8-2.

Utah managed two hits in the fifth, but couldn't mount a comeback after that.

Brett Brocoff got the start on the mound and his record fell to 0-3 on the season. Dustyn Schramm finished the game for Utah pitching 4.2 innings and had a career high six strikeouts.

Utah's record is now 7-9 on the season.

Utah will travel to No. 2 Stanford this weekend to continue Pac-12 play against the Cardinal. The first game of the series is Friday, March 22 at 7 p.m.
