FEDERAL WAY, Wash. – Utah set a new school record in the 400 medley relay and sit fourth after the first night of competition at the Pac-12 Men's Swim Championships

In the second and final event of the evening, the Ute quartet of
David Fridlander,
Andrew Britton,
Cooper DeRyk and
Liam O'Haimhirgin finished as the Pac-12 runners-up and were able to set a new mark (3:07.49) by almost two-tenths of a second O'Haimhirgin was a part of the previous record setters from the 2018's Pac-12 Championships.

The other relay held tonight was the 800 free.
Finn O'Haimhirgin,
Robert King,
Cole Giandinoto and
Rahiti De Vos placed sixth overall (1L36.50). O'Haimhirgin's lead-off leg clocked in at 1:36.40 and was the sixth-fastest 200 free time in Utah history.

Felix Chiun took part in a time trial for the 100 free and was able to crack the top 10 times in Utah history with a 43.92
