FEDERAL WAY, Wash. - Nine Utes advanced to their respective finals at tonight's Pac-12 Men's Swim Championships
Rahiti De Vos had the highlight of the night, winning the "B" final of the 500 free with a NCAA "B" qualifying time of 4:16.49.
Robert King took third in the "C" final with the fifth-fastest swim in Utah history (4:21.83) and
Tyler Klawiter also qualified, finishing with a time of 4:24.40.
Four Utes also reached finals in the 50 free.
Cooper DeRyk went third in the "B" final, narrowly missing out on the top 10. His time of 19.72 matched his PR and was a NCAA "B" qualifying mark.
Liam O'Haimhirgin took 12
th overall with another NCAA "B qualifying time of 19.73.
Santiago Contreras and
Finn O'Haimhirgin both made the "C" final with the former finishing second with a time of 19.99
In the 200 IM, a pair of Utes posted top 10 times.
Ben Waterman had the third-fastest swim in Utah history at 1:45.44 and took third in the "B" final.
Jaek Horner placed third in the "C" final and now sits sixth in Utah history with a time of 1:47.98.

The Utes continue competition tomorrow with the 400 IM, 100 fly, 200 free, 100 breast, 100 back and 200 medley relay.
