- Freshman running back Dijon Stanley made his second collegiate reception during the first quarter. It went for 11 yards and was his first catch since the Arizona State game.
- Fellow running back Jaylon Glover has caught a pass in three of Utah's last four games, and six of the last eight.
- Running back Ja'Quinden Jackson had a career-long 18-yard reception during the second quarter, surpassing his previous long of 11 yards at Baylor earlier this season.
- For the sixth game this season, safety Sione Vaki also played on offense.
