LAST TIME OUT
Utah improved to 2-0 in ASUN play and 3-4 overall with a 24-11 win over Detroit Mercy on the road on Saturday, March 25.
• Utah broke five school records against the Titans, including single-game points (36), goals (24), faceoffs won (27), individual single-game faceoffs won (
Cole Brams, 26) and career individual goals (

• The Utes have posted a season-high 12 assists twice (vs. Marquette, at Detroit Mercy), which ranks as the third-most assists in a game at Utah all-time.
• Utah has nine games under the direction of McMinn that the Utes have had 10-or-more assists in a game.
• In seven games in 2023, Utah ranks first in the ASUN and 14th nationally in assists per game (8.00).

Utah is averaging 34.14 ground balls per game this season, including averaging 46.0 in the last three games.

RECORD BREAKERS
Through just seven games, Utah has already broken seven school records with several Utes climbing the charts after each game.
• Utah has broken the program records in single-game points (36 at Detroit Mercy), goals (24 at Detroit Mercy) and faceoffs won (27 at Detroit Mercy).
• On the individual front, Utah has set new records for single-game saves (
Colin Lenskold, 20 vs. Vermont) and faceoffs won (
Cole Brams, 26 at Detroit Mercy), and career goals (
Jordan Hyde, 78).
• Utah has also broken the school record for fastest goal from the start of a game (00:14,
Samuel Cambere vs. Marquette).
BRADBURY BRINGS IT ALL
Through seven games this season, junior attackman
Tyler Bradbury leads the Utes in points with 27 (15 goals, 12 assists), becoming the all-time career points leader at Utah with 128 (58 goals, 70 assists) over a span of 36 games.
• He passed former all-time points leader
Josh Stout, who had 105 points from 2019-22.
• His 128 points ranks second among active players in the ASUN in career points.
• He has scored at least one point in 23 straight games, dating back to the 2021 season, and has scored a point in 31 of his 36 career games.
• Bradbury is already the all-time record holder for career assists, sitting at 70. His 70 assists also leads all active ASUN players in career assists, ranking 17th among all active players in the country.
• He also ranks third all-time in career goals with 58.
• This season, he ranks third in the ASUN in assists per game (1.71), also ranking fourth in points per game (3.86).
• He has 23 career games with multiple assists, including in four games this season (3 at Denver, 4 vs. Marquette, 2 at Rutgers, 2 at Detroit Mercy).
• Bradbury also has 19 career games with two-or-more goals, including in five games this season (2 vs. Marquette, 2 vs. Vermont, 3 at Rutgers, 3 vs. Bellarmine, 4 at Detroit Mercy).
• He has scored 10 of his 15 goals in the last three games, including his season-high four at Detroit Mercy.
WHEN HYDE SHOOTS, HE SCORES
Junior attackman
Jordan Hyde has scored 78 goals through 32 career games, averaging 2.4 goals per game. With his season-high five goals against Detroit Mercy (3/25), he became the new all-time leader in career goals, passing
Josh Stout (74 from 2019-22).
• He leads the team in goals this season with 18 through seven games. He scored 40 goals in 2022, which ranked second all-time at Utah.
• Hyde has scored multi-goal games five times this season, including three-or-more goals against Denver (3), Vermont (3), Bellarmine (3) and Detroit Mercy (5).
• He has 22 career games with at least two goals.
• Hyde has scored in 13 straight games, dating back to Utah's game at Cleveland State on April 9, 2022.
• He currently ranks fifth in the ASUN in goals per game (2.57), also ranking sixth in shot percentage (.400).
• Hyde has yet to dip below 40-percent on his shots on goal percentage this season, including his season high of 80-percent against Denver (4 shots on goal, 3 goals).
STICKY STICK
Senior faceoff specialist
Cole Brams is known for finding ways to get the ball, whether that is through ground balls, faceoff wins or even caused turnovers.
• Through 38 games as a Ute, Brams holds the school record for career ground balls (269), faceoff wins (507), faceoff attempts (948), faceoff win percentage (.535), and ranks in the top-10 in caused turnovers (10).
• He is one of just four active players in the country that have 500+ faceoff wins and has the most of any active player in the ASUN.
• His 269 career ground balls is the third-most by an active player in the ASUN.
• He also holds the top-two single-season ground ball records (111 in 2022, 70 in 2021) and the top-four single-season faceoff wins records (199 in 2022, 129 in 2021, 101 in 2023, 78 in 2020).
• In single-game records, Brams holds every spot in the top-10 in both ground balls and faceoffs won.
• This season, Brams leads the Utes in total ground balls (51), ranking second in the ASUN and 20th nationally in ground balls per game (7.29).
• He also ranks fourth in the ASUN and 33rd nationally in faceoff win percentage (.558) while his 101 faceoffs won this season ranks second in the ASUN.
• Brams' school record 26 faceoff wins against Detroit Mercy (3/25) is the most by a player in the nation this season.
• His season-high 15 ground balls against Detroit Mercy (3/25) is the most by a player in the ASUN, also ranking fifth nationally and second all-time at Utah.
• He has had back-to-back games with 10-or-more ground balls (10 vs. Bellarmine, 15 at Detroit Mercy) and 10 games with 10+ in his career.
CAMBERE CAUSES CHAOS
Senior defenseman
Samuel Cambere has been known to cause problems for opposing offenses, holding the school records for single-game (5 vs. Bellarmine, 5/5/22), single-season (28 in 2022) and career (78) caused turnovers, also ranking second in career ground balls (214).
• Cambere has recorded at least one ground ball in all 53 games he has appeared in as a Ute.
• His season-high three caused turnovers against Marquette this year was the 22nd time in his career he has posted two-or-more CTOs in a game.
• He has recorded at least one CTO in 39 of his 53 games.
• He has also posted four-or-more ground balls in 29 games.
NEWCOMER IN THE NET
True freshman goalkeeper
Colin Lenskold earned the starting spot this season with the Utes currently being the only ASUN program with a starting freshman goalkeeper. Through seven games, Lenskold has 84 saves (.486 save percentage) with a 13.11 goals against average, also posting one assist, 13 ground balls and one caused turnover.
• Out of the 75 goalkeepers ranked in Division I NCAA lacrosse this season, Lenskold ranks 26th overall (third among freshmen) and third in the ASUN in saves per game (12.00).
• His breakout game of the year came against Vermont (2/18/23), stopping 20 shots, only allowing 14 goals.
• His 20 saves against the Catamounts was a school record for single-game saves and is the fourth-most in the NCAA this year.
• The 20 stops also ranks as the second-most by a freshman in the NCAA this season.
• Lenskold also had 14 saves in Utah's game at Johns Hopkins (2/25/23), allowing just 12 goals.
• He earned ASUN Defensive Player of the Week after posting 12 saves with just eight goals allowed against Bellarmine (3/18/23), also racking up three ground balls and a caused turnover.
MCMAKIN IT HAPPEN
Junior attackman
MJ McMahon has been a consistent threat on offense for the Utes since he stepped foot on campus in 2020, recording 60 points on 39 goals and 21 assists.
• Through 38 career games, McMahon ranks fourth all-time in career points (60), also ranking fifth in goals (39) and is tied for fourth in assists (21).
• Ranks fourth in the ASUN in assists per game (1.33).
• He has scored two-or-more points in four of Utah's seven games this season, including a season-high three against Marquette (2 goals, 1 assist), at Johns Hopkins (3 assists) and at Rutgers (3 assists).
• Prior to Utah's season opener against Denver (2/4/23), he had scored at least a point in 19 straight games (at Mercer, 4/27/21 – vs. Robert Morris, 5/7/22).
• He has scored at least a point in 30 of the 38 games he has appeared in.
STINES CLIMBS THE CHART
Redshirt freshman
Ryan Stines has scored 16 goals through seven games in his first season on the field for the Utes, starting all seven games as well.
• He is in pursuit of the freshman record for single-season goals, which sits at 20 (
Jordan Hyde, 2021).
• Stines has scored at least one goal in all seven games this season, including two-or-more in the last five.
• He scored a career-high four goals in Utah's game at Rutgers (3/4/23).
• Stines ranks seventh in the ASUN (first among freshmen) in goals and goals per game (2.29) with his 2.29 goals per game also ranking seventh among freshmen in the NCAA.
