The University of Utah Lacrosse team is headed to Township, Pa., for its fifth ASUN game of the year, taking on the Robert Morris Colonials on Saturday, April 8. The game is set to start at 10 a.m. MT.

The Utes walked away with an 18-15 win over No. 10 Jacksonville at home on Friday, March 31, marking Utah's highest-ranked win in program history.

Through nine games this season, Utah currently ranks in the top-three in the ASUN in nine categories, including leading the league in four.
• Utah leads the ASUN in ground balls (35.00), points (22.44) and turnovers (14.22) per game, also leading the league in scoring offense (14.67).
• The Utes also rank 13th nationally in ground balls per game, 14th in points per game, ninth in scoring offense and fifth in turnover per game.

GROUND BALL SUCCESS
Utah is averaging 35.00 ground balls per game this season, including averaging 43.0 in the last five games compared to 25.2 in the first four.
• Utah is 5-1 this season when they record 30+ ground balls in a game and 11-2 in the
Andrew McMinn era.
• Utah has had 40+ ground balls in three of the last five games (54 at Detroit Mercy, 43 at Rutgers, 41 vs. Bellarmine) and seven times in the program's history.
• Utah's 54 ground balls against Detroit Mercy (3/25) was a season-high, ranking fifth nationally and second all-time at Utah.
• Utah is the only team in the ASUN and just one of eight teams in the country to have 50+ ground balls in a game this season.
RECORD BREAKERS
Through nine games, Utah has already broken eight school records with several Utes climbing the charts after each game.
• Utah has broken the program records in single-game points (36 at Detroit Mercy), goals (24 at Detroit Mercy) and faceoffs won (27 at Detroit Mercy).
• On the individual front, Utah has set new records for single-game saves (
Colin Lenskold, 20 vs. Vermont) and faceoffs won (
Cole Brams, 26 at Detroit Mercy), and career goals (
Jordan Hyde, 78).
• Utah has also broken the school record for fastest goal from the start of a game (00:14,
Samuel Cambere vs. Marquette) and consecutive games with a point and a goal (
Jordan Hyde &
Tyler Bradbury).
BRADBURY BRINGS IT ALL
Through nine games this season, junior attackman
Tyler Bradbury leads the Utes in points with 31 (17 goals, 14 assists), becoming the all-time career points leader at Utah with 132 (60 goals, 72 assists) over a span of 38 games.
• He passed former all-time points leader
Josh Stout, who had 105 points from 2019-22.
• His 131 points ranks second among active players in the ASUN in career points.
• He has scored at least one point in 25 straight games, dating back to the 2021 season, and has scored a point in 33 of his 38 career games.
• Bradbury is already the all-time record holder for career assists, sitting at 72. His 72 assists also leads all active ASUN players in career assists, ranking 17th among all active players in the country.
• He also ranks third all-time in career goals with 60.
• This season, he ranks fourth in the ASUN in assists per game (1.56), also ranking sixth in points per game (3.44).
• He has 24 career games with multiple assists, including in five games this season (3 at Denver, 4 vs. Marquette, 2 at Rutgers, 2 at Detroit Mercy, 2 vs. Jacksonville).
• Bradbury also has 19 career games with two-or-more goals, including in five games this season (2 vs. Marquette, 2 vs. Vermont, 3 at Rutgers, 3 vs. Bellarmine, 4 at Detroit Mercy).
• He has scored 12 of his 17 goals in the last five games, including his season-high four at Detroit Mercy.
WHEN HYDE SHOOTS, HE SCORES
Junior attackman
Jordan Hyde has scored 84 goals through 34 career games, averaging 2.5 goals per game. With his season-high five goals against Detroit Mercy (3/25), he became the new all-time leader in career goals, passing
Josh Stout (74 from 2019-22).
• He leads the team in goals this season with 24 through nine games. He scored 40 goals in 2022, which ranked second all-time at Utah.
• Hyde has scored multi-goal games six times this season, including three-or-more goals against Denver (3), Vermont (3), Bellarmine (3), Detroit Mercy (5) and Air Force (5).
• He has 23 career games with at least two goals.
• Hyde has scored in 15 straight games, dating back to Utah's game at Cleveland State on April 9, 2022.
• He currently ranks 4th in the ASUN and 34th nationally in goals per game (2.67), also ranking fourth in the league and 33rd in the NCAA in shot percentage (.421).
• Hyde has yet to dip below 40-percent on his shots on goal percentage this season, including his season high of 80-percent against Denver (4 shots on goal, 3 goals).
STICKY STICK
Senior faceoff specialist
Cole Brams is known for finding ways to get the ball, whether that is through ground balls, faceoff wins or even caused turnovers.
• Through 40 games as a Ute, Brams holds the school record for career ground balls (285), faceoff wins (538), faceoff attempts (1009), faceoff win percentage (.533), and ranks in the top-10 in caused turnovers (11).
• He is one of just four active players in the country that have 500+ faceoff wins and has the most of any active player in the ASUN.
• His 285 career ground balls is the third-most by an active player in the ASUN.
• He also holds the top-two single-season ground ball records (111 in 2022, 70 in 2021) and the top-four single-season faceoff wins records (199 in 2022, 129 in 2021, 101 in 2023, 78 in 2020).
• In single-game records, Brams holds every spot in the top-10 in both ground balls and faceoffs won.
• This season, Brams leads the Utes in total ground balls (67), ranking first in the ASUN and 19th nationally in ground balls per game (7.44).
• He also ranks second in the ASUN and 29th nationally in faceoff win percentage (.541) while his 131 faceoffs won this season ranks second in the ASUN.
• Brams' school record 26 faceoff wins against Detroit Mercy (3/25) is the most by a player in the nation this season.
• His season-high 15 ground balls against Detroit Mercy (3/25) is the most by a player in the ASUN, also ranking fifth nationally and second all-time at Utah.
• He had back-to-back games with 10-or-more ground balls (10 vs. Bellarmine, 15 at Detroit Mercy) and 10 games with 10+ in his career.
CAMBERE CAUSES CHAOS
Senior defenseman
Samuel Cambere has been known to cause problems for opposing offenses, holding the school records for single-game (5 vs. Bellarmine, 5/5/22), single-season (28 in 2022) and career (81) caused turnovers, also ranking second in career ground balls (220).
• Cambere has recorded at least one ground ball in all 55 games he has appeared in as a Ute.
• He has 23 career games with two-or-more CTOs in a game, including in two this season (3 vs. Marquette, 2 vs. Jacksonville).
• He has recorded at least one CTO in 40 of his 55 games.
• He has also posted four-or-more ground balls in 29 games.
NEWCOMER IN THE NET
True freshman goalkeeper
Colin Lenskold earned the starting spot this season with the Utes currently being the only ASUN program with a starting freshman goalkeeper. Through nine games, Lenskold has 108 saves (.484 save percentage) with a 13.09 goals against average, also posting one assist, 17 ground balls and one caused turnover.
• Out of the 75 goalkeepers ranked in Division I NCAA lacrosse this season, Lenskold ranks 24th overall (third among freshmen) and third in the ASUN in saves per game (12.00).
• His breakout game of the year came against Vermont (2/18/23), stopping 20 shots, only allowing 14 goals.
• His 20 saves against the Catamounts was a school record for single-game saves and is the fourth-most in the NCAA this year.
• The 20 stops also ranks as the second-most by a freshman in the NCAA this season.
• Lenskold also had 14 saves in Utah's game at Johns Hopkins (2/25/23), allowing just 12 goals.
• He earned ASUN Defensive Player of the Week after posting 12 saves with just eight goals allowed against Bellarmine (3/18/23), also racking up three ground balls and a caused turnover.
MCMAKIN IT HAPPEN
Junior attackman
MJ McMahon has been a consistent threat on offense for the Utes since he stepped foot on campus in 2020, recording 62 points on 41 goals and 21 assists.
• Through 40 career games, McMahon ranks fourth all-time in career points (62), also ranking fifth in goals (41) and is tied for fourth in assists (21).
• He has scored two-or-more points in four of Utah's nine games this season, including a season-high three against Marquette (2 goals, 1 assist), at Johns Hopkins (3 assists) and at Rutgers (3 assists).
• Prior to Utah's season opener against Denver (2/4/23), he had scored at least a point in 19 straight games (at Mercer, 4/27/21 – vs. Robert Morris, 5/7/22).
• He has scored at least a point in 32 of the 40 games he has appeared in.
STINES CLIMBS THE CHART
Redshirt freshman
Ryan Stines has scored 23 goals through nine games in his first season on the field for the Utes, starting all nine games as well.
• With his career-high five goals in Utah's win over Jacksonville (3/31) he set a new freshman record at Utah, passing
Jordan Hyde's 20 goals in 2021 for single-season goals by a freshman.
• Stines has scored at least one goal in all nine games this season, including two-or-more in the last seven.
• He scored a career-high five goals against Jacksonville, also scoring four goals against Rutgers (3/4).
• Stines ranks sixth in the ASUN (first among freshmen) in goals and goals per game (2.67) with his 2.67 goals per game also ranking seventh among freshmen in the NCAA.
• He also ranked third in the ASUN and 29th nationally in shot percentage (.421).
