ON THE BLOCKS
Utah will send a baker's dozen down to Provo for the BYU December Invite with a trio of freshmen making their collegiate debut in
Chelsea Amoah,
Lela Divinity and
Matejah Mangum. Mangum will make her debut on Tuesday, Dec. 10, competing in the pentathlon while Amoah and Divinity will make their debuts on Wednesday, Dec. 12.

NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK
On the sprints side of things, Utah added five for this season with
Chelsea Amoah,
Morgan Carter,
Lela Divinity,
Matejah Mangum and
DaKota Peyton. Amoah (West Jordan), Carter (Park City) and Peyton all hail from the Beehive State while Mangum comes to SLC from Pocatello, Idaho, and Divinity joining the Utes from Los Angeles.

RETURNING STOCK
The Utes return nine from last year's indoor team that saw them improve or insert themselves into the all-time record book at Utah. Those returning for this season include,

TANKS NABS SILVER
Former Utah All-American Poppy Tank recently helped Team Great Britain & Northern Ireland earn silver at the 2024 European Cross Country Championships in Antalya, Turkey, this past Sunday. Tank, who hails from Plymouth, England, finished 26th-overall with a run of 26.57 in the 7832m race at Dokuma Park.

The former Ute has now been a part of one gold medal team and two silver medalist teams for her country at the European Championships.
VENTERS CONTINUES TO ROLL
Utah alums continue shine with Emily Venters crushing her previous 5000m indoor PR with a run of 15:03.54 at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener meet in Boston. The former Ute has now taken silver at the USATF 5k Championship and won the World Athletics Cross Country Tour Gold race to go with her new PR to kick off the indoor season in the last two months.
UP NEXT
The Women of Utah will get some time to rest and train during the holiday break before returning to campus to gear up for the full indoor slate beginning the second week of January. The Utes will take a short drive up to Ogden for the Weber State Indoor Invitational.
