Utes in the Pros: Week 3
9/19/2024 10:00 AM | Football
SALT LAKE CITY – This Sunday marks the official start of Fall, and with it 25 alumni of the Utah Football program are on NFL rosters for Week 3. Eighteen Pro Utes are expected to see game action, with a packed slate on Sunday seeing eight games to include at least one Utah connection.
Former All-America quarterback Tyler Huntley was signed by the Miami Dolphins this week off of Baltimore's practice squad. The Dolphins visit Seattle this week, the leaders of the NFC West, with rookie Sataoa Laumea on the Seahawks' active roster.
The Denver quartet of Cody Barton, Garett Bolles, Jonah Elliss and Devaughn Vele are at Tampa Bay on Sunday for a meeting with the Buccaneers.
Both matchups on Monday Night include Utah connections. Cole Bishop and Dalton Kincaid have helped the Buffalo Bills to an early lead in the AFC East. The pair will reunite with former Utah teammate Devin Lloyd, now of Jacksonville, while running back Zack Moss leads the Bengals into a home game against Washington.
