Utes in the Pros: Preseason Week 3

SALT LAKE CITY - It's the final week of the NFL's preseason slate and it'll be chock-full of Utah Football alumni as 15 games have at least one Pro Ute expected to suit up.
Players throughout the league are making their final push to earn spots on teams' rosters entering the regular season. Clubs have until August 30 before hitting the NFL's deadline to trim rosters to 53 players. Currently across the league, there are 35 Utah alumni on NFL rosters.
In addition to the field, former Utah Utes are making their mark on NFL sidelines as well. Former quarterback Brian Johnson (2004-08) is now on the Los Angeles Rams' staff as a senior offensive assistant, while Utah signal-caller Mike McCoy (1992-94) has joined the Las Vegas Raiders as assistant head coach.
