Senior Wide Receiver Dorian Singer On his one-handed catch…
It was just about concentration. When I felt the ball in my hand, I knew to just attach it to my body and catch it.
On Isaac Wilson's performance against Oklahoma State…
He did really well. He came into a hostile environment against a ranked team and he came out with the win.
On what he's seen from Micah Bernard and his emergence as a leader…
He's a great leader in the backfield. I like blocking for him and all the running backs. He's just a great fit and I like what he does.
Senior Running Back Micah Bernard On how his body is feeling…
It feels better than last week. Last week, I was kind of struggling on Sunday, but yesterday I felt pretty good. No new nicks, so I'm feeling pretty good.
On if he knew he was going to be in for a 25-carry workload…
I did not. I didn't know what to expect. I just went out there and I felt the heat and I was like 'Oh, snap!'
On his 62-yard run…
I think it was pretty much the same play call as last week and somebody ran through the line. I hit them with a little stiff arm and I was just [thinking] get five or six yards and we'll be good. They just kept falling off. I will tell you, everybody says I need to finish these runs, but when you take a couple hits, that takes so much energy out of you, so as soon as those two hits hit and I knew I was still up and I decided to go back inside, seen [the next defender] fall, I knew I had a long way to run. I was just so tired at that point and I was like, maybe we get there [to the end zone], maybe we don't. I heard huffing and puffing behind me and I knew it was not today.
Senior Tight End Brant Kuithe On how he felt about running the ball…
We've had it in for a couple years, since I've been playing. We've done it a lot more, but it would be nice to be back there and take some handoffs too, but I can't complain. We're 4-0 now.
On what was going through his mind as he walked in for his second touchdown…
I saw the guy on the ground and knew there wasn't anyone else around so there'd be no point in running into the endzone. It was hot and I kind of got tired, so I just walked in and it felt good.
On what it says about the team to be 4-0…
It's good. Obviously, we have a lot of games left, but we haven't really hit our stride and Cam hasn't really played since really the first game. Micah's been playing great and the running game's been good. Passing has been up and down, so it'd be nice get that going. The defense has been doing a good job, so once we get that all together, we can't be stopped.
Freshman Cornerback Cameron Calhoun On his performance at Oklahoma State…
"I didn't really like my performance. I gave up two catches. The previous week, I was (graded) a 92 on PFF. I really wanted to get a 90 last week. I wasn't happy with it, but this week I'm going a bit harder to make sure I'm a dominant corner in this game."
 On staying focused…
"I know I'm if doing my job, everything else will take care of itself. We have a trusty defensive line that's going to do their job. The linebackers are going to do their job. I know if I just do my job, the defense is going to be great."
Senior Defensive End Van Fillinger On what he remembers about last year's game against Arizona and the motivation it provides…
I don't remember too much. I just remember it wasn't fun. I definitely want do better this year, not lose, show the progress we've made and how we've gotten better.
On if its easier seeing a familiar foe even though they're in a new conference…
I wouldn't say its easier. I'd just say we'll prepare the same way we would against any other team. We're familiar with them. We've played against them a few times, so we know how they play and what they do, but I wouldn't say that makes it any easier or changes our way of preparation. It's just going to be the same. We're doing our best every week in order to get better, play the right way against them.
On what the defense learned about itself from the Oklahoma State game…
We're a good team. I think we knew that. I think we knew what we were capable of. I think if we had shown holes in the past where we've made mistakes in technique or responsibilities, I think we did a better job against Oklahoma State keying in on what we did wrong. It's always going to be progress, its never going to be over. We're always going to be trying to get better and do our job at a higher capability.
