CINCINNATI – The Utah men's basketball team stays on the road and turns its focus towards Cincinnati, who it'll face off against on Tuesday, Feb. 11, inside Fifth Third Arena beginning at 5 p.m. (MST) on ESPN+.

TRUSTING THE PROCESS
Utah's
Keanu Dawes has begun to settle into the rotation as Big 12 play progresses and has continually improved as the season has gone on. The sophomore recently led the team against West Virginia on the road by recording his second-career double-double after scoring 14 points on 4-of-7 shooting with 11 rebounds. In the last five games, Dawes is average 7.4 points with a team-leading 5.4 rebounds average while shooting .571 from the floor.

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
It's been a bit of a homecoming for the Madsen brothers as they return to the Cincinnati for the first time since transferring out. This will be Gabe's first time back as a member of the Runnin' Utes since the 2021 season while it'll be the first time Mason has returned since the 2022 campaign. Gabe opted out just two games into his freshman year before signing with Utah as head coach
Craig Smith's first signing when he took over the Runnin' Utes program. Mason went on to play for two seasons at Boston College before teaming up with his brother, Gabe, for their final season of eligibility.

Utah returns home for a pair of home games after being on the road and kicks it off against the Kansas Jayhawks on Saturday, Feb. 15, beginning at 8 p.m. (MST) on
ESPN. Dave Flemming and former UCLA Bruin Sean Farnham return to the Jon M. Huntsman to guide fans through the action as the Runnin' Utes and Jayhawks square off for the first time since Dec. 13, 2014, a game that took place in Kansas City at the now-named T-Mobile Center that wen in favor of KU 63-60.

The Utes close out the short homestand with another school from the Sunflower State in Kansas State for its lone Big Monday (Feb. 17) game on
ESPN2. Roxy Bernstein will have the call alongside Sean Farnham for the fourth-ever meeting between the Runnin' Utes and Wildcats starting at 7 p.m. (MST) – which happen to also be assistant coach
Josh Eilert's alma mater.
