COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Utah junior
Kamryn Gibadlo has earned a spot on the USA Volleyball Women's U21 Pan America roster that will head to San Jose, Costa Rica to compete for the Pan America Cup July 20-28.
Gibadlo was one of 18 training squad athletes in Colorado Springs, Colo. from July 13-19 competing with some of the best volleyball players in the country for a place on the 12-athlete travel roster.
"Kamryn has worked hard to make the USA U21 Team and to compete internationally," said head Utah Volleyball coach
Beth Launiere. "I'm so happy for her to reach this goal. Her overall game has improved tremendously, and her mindset is in a great place to be successful at the next level. Gibby continues to be a great representative of Utah Volleyball."
Utah volleyball has been well-represented on the national and international volleyball stage this summer with freshman
Devyn Wiest being selected to the U19 Girl's National Team and
associate head coach Alyssa D'Errico serving as an assistant coach. Additionally,
sophomore Neea-Maria Joki was selected to the Finnish Senior National Women's Volleyball team.
