SEATTLE / FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The Utah track & field team wrapped up the regular-season on Saturday between at the Husky Classic and Tyson Invitational.

HUSKY CLASSIC
Emily Martin got the day going for Utah inside Dempsey Indoor, winning her heat with a run of 54.25 and placed third-overall.

Kyla Martin led all Utes with a time of 4:37.26 in the mile to win her heat and finish fourth-overall while
Millie Wilcox placed ninth-overall with a new PR run of 4:38.76.
Lauren Ayers also posted a new personal best in the event after crossing the finish line at 4:41.14.
Mackenzie Rogers was the next Ute to complete the race, recording a new PB of 4:47.94 followed by
Allie Bruce (4:57.75).
Erin Vringer's school record in the mile didn't last very long with
Bri Rinn rewriting the record exactly two weeks later on the same track Saturday. The Lincoln, Neb., product set a new PR and broke Vringer's record with a time of 4:28.44 for fifth-overall in the elite section of the event.
TYSON INVITATIONAL
Sophomore
Chelsea Amoah opened things up at the Tyson Track Center with a new PR mark of 23.18 to propel her to a heat victory and place fourth-overall in the 200m dash. This marks the second-straight meet where Amoah has broken her own record in the event.

Utah's 4x400m relay team consisting of
Lela Divinity,
Kinzlee Riddle, Amoah and
Matejah Mangum closed out the day of competition with a time of 3:39.79 – which was good for fifth on the all-time list at Utah.

The Women of Utah now turn their attention towards the championships season, starting with the Big 12 Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 27-28) – which is hosted by Texas Tech inside the Sports Performance Center.
