TUCSON, Ariz. – The Utah track & field team wrapped up its time at Drachman Stadium as the three-day Big 12 Outdoor Track & Field Championships meet came to an end on Saturday.

The Women of Utah finished with 22 points total points for 13th-place in the team standings.

Utah's 4x100m relay team got Saturday started on a high note. The quartet of
Haley Duvall,
Kinzlee Riddle,
Matejah Mangum and
Chelsea Amoah wound up finishing second-overall thanks to a school record breaking run of 43.69 behind a blistering anchor leg from Amoah.

Lindsey Peters was the first Ute to cross the finish line in the 1500m finals on Saturday, posting a time 4:19.58 while teammate
Josie Fale followed shortly after at 4:29.19.

In the 200m finals,
Chelsea Amoah fired off the blocks against the best of the best in the Big 12 and finished fourth-overall to score points for Utah with another sub-23 second run of 22.84.

Utah had a trio of runners in the 5000m finals led by
Emily Junginger – who finished in 11th-place with a time of 16:19.07. Fale was the second Ute to cross the finish line, recording a time of 16:57.83.
Claire Le Gallo was the third and final Woman of Utah to finish the race in 17:46.40 to close out her collegiate career.

Utah's 4x400m relay team closed out the weekend in Tucson with Amoah, María Alvarado, Duvall and Mangum combining to run 3:45.52.

UP NEXT
The Utes will now wait for the final list later next week when official entries for the NCAA West Regionals are announced – which will be held in Fayetteville, Ark., at John McDonnell Field hosted by the University of Arkansas.
