With the move to the Jon M. Huntsman Center for matches beginning in 2013, the Utah volleyball team will still enjoy Crimson Court as one of the finest practice facilities in the nation.
One of the most intimidating competition venues in the country from 2000 through 2012, Utah racked up a 137-40 (.774) home record and tallied a 79-25 (.760) mark in conference home matches during that span.
The court was built for the 1994 season and was officially dedicated on Sept. 9 of that year. It was christened with a win over Montana State and a marathon five-set victory over San Jose State in the Utah Classic. A new playing surface was installed during the summer of 2011.
The largest crowd ever recorded at Crimson Court assembled on Sept. 25, 2009, as 1,747 fans watched Utah rally from down two sets to defeat BYU. The near-capacity crowd also was treated to a 35th Anniversary celebration and Alumni Reunion. 
Utah set the single-season attendance record in 2001. The Utes hosted 12,020 fans over the course of 15 matches, averaging 801 fans per contest.
Crimson Court was the launching pad for the Utes' 10 NCAA Tournament appearances and also played host to the NCAA Tournament, entertaining opening-round action in 2001 and 2005.

? Oct. 14, 2011: Utah won its first-ever Pac-12 home match over Arizona State.
? Nov. 20, 2010: All three members of the Ute senior class achieved a milestone in their final appearance at Crimson Court in a four-set win over TCU. Keisha Fisher set the school's career dig record. Karolina Bartkowiak moved into 10th place on the school's all-time kills list, while Stephanie Neeley joined Utah's 3,000-assist club.
? Sept. 25, 2009: Head coach Beth Launiere won her 400th career match after the Utes overcame a two-set deficit to defeat BYU in front of a school-record 1,747 fans as the program held its 35th Anniversary Alumni Reunion.
? Nov. 22, 2008: 'Championship Saturday' sees No. 22 Utah conclude its 12-1 home season with a 3-1 win over No. 15 Colorado State to claim its sixth conference championship.
? Oct. 9, 2008: Kathryn Haynie became the 11th member of Utah's 1,000 career kill club as the Utes swept UNLV, 3-0.
? Nov. 9, 2006: No. 9 Utah capped its second unbeaten home campaign (13-0) since 2000 with a 3-1 win over Wyoming.
? Nov. 4, 2005: Unranked Utah upended No. 12 BYU, 3-0, in front of 1,591 fans. The Utes held one of the most potent offenses in the nation to a mere .172 hitting as they raced their home winning streak out to 12.
?Sept. 17, 2004; The unranked Utes upset No. 6 UCLA Bruins in five sets.
? Aug. 31, 2002: No. 13 Utah edged past No. 12 Pacific, 3-2, to claim the Utah Classic title and extended its home winning streak to 20 matches. The Utes win streak extended to 29 straight at Crimson Court.
? Nov. 30, 2001: The Utes hosted the first and second rounds of the NCAA Tournament and beat Utah State, 3-1, in the second round to advance to the Sweet 16 for the first time.
? Nov. 3, 2001: No. 15 Utah downed No. 6 Colorado State in ending the Rams' 20-match winning streak, 3-2. It was CSU's first (and only) conference loss of the season.
? Sept. 5, 2000: Utah erased a 2-0 deficit to topple top-ranked Stanford. The Utes established what was then the school record for assists (93) and kills (97) in a match.
? Sept. 22, 1995: The Utes snapped an 18-match losing streak to in-state rival BYU with a 3-0 home victory over the Cougars. It was only the Utes' second-ever win over BYU and it was Launiere's first. Utah has now won 20 of the last 23 meetings with the Cougars since Oct. 19, 2001, including six of the last seven. The Utes were 10-2 against the Cougars at Crimson Court since 2000.
