Online platform which provides job and internship postings for current and former student-athletes, in addition to opportunities for mentoring/networking with employers and alumni. Student-athletes will have the opportunity to apply to internships and jobs in both the national and local database of employers in InXUtes. Student-athletes will have the opportunity to connect with employers in areas of interest, to learn more about the field and to start creating their own network. It is also an opportunity to create connections between former and current student-athletes.
Career Advisor Meetings
Student-athletes will have the opportunity to meet with their career advisor to discuss resumes, interviewing, networking, internships and job opportunities.
Network Night
Each spring, we host approximately 20-25 employers for our annual networking event. Student-athletes have the opportunity to hear from former student-athlete speakers before breaking out for an integrated networking event. To prepare student-athletes in attendance, business cards are provided to exchange with employers at the event.
The Ute Café offers 20+ workshops, ranging from career development, to psychology/wellness, to academics. Teams or individuals “order” items off the menu, and they are delivered to the location of choice.

Athletics partners with the Career & Professional Development Center on campus to provide access to the following resources – career coaching, career exploration, AlumniFire, Handshake.
