Salt Lake City NCAA Gymnastics Regional
The University of Utah will be the host of one of the four NCAA regional sites for the 2021 NCAA Championships. The three-day event will take place at the Maverik Center in West Valley City, Utah beginning Thursday, April 1 and running through Saturday, April 3.
The NCAA First Round between Temple and Arizona will take place on Thursday at 3 p.m. MT. The winner will advance to the the NCAA Second Round on Friday. The first session of four teams in the second round will be Friday at 1 p.m. MT, while the second session is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. MT. Teams competing in the afternoon session are No. 6 Utah, No. 11 Arizona State, Boise State and Southern Utah. In the evening session, No. 3 LSU will be joined by No. 14 Kentucky, Utah State and the winner of the Temple/Arizona play-in meet.
The top-two teams from each session will advance to the NCAA Regional Final on Saturday at 7 p.m. MT. The top-two teams following the competition on Saturday night will earn a berth to the NCAA Championships.

COVID-19 Protocols
- All spectators, working staff, coaches will be required to wear a mask/face covering at all times. Student-athletes will be required to wear a mask/face covering at all times outside of when the athlete is actively doing gymnastics.
- All spectators, working staff, coaches and athletes must practice appropriate social distancing measures.
- Tickets will be sold by session. After each session, the arena will be emptied and thoroughly sanitized prior to the next wave of teams and spectators arrival times.
