Rising is the first Utah quarterback since Huntley (2017) to pass for 200-plus yards in the first three games of the season.
Rising started the game 3-of-10 passing for 32 yards. From that point forward, he was 15 of his next 20 for 192 yards (12.8 yards per completion) and four touchdowns.
Wide receiver Jaylen Dixon had a career-long rush of 22 yards during the first quarter.
