2022 – Sophomore
- Played in four games with two starts in the outfield.
- Hit his first double as a Ute in the doubleheader nightcap vs. Washington (March 12).
2021 – Freshman
- Appeared in seven games as a reserve
- Made his collegiate debut in the game at Cal State Fullerton (Feb. 21)
- Primarily saw defensive action at second base
Prior to Utah
- Played scholastically at Gig Harbor High School under coach Peter Jansen
- Also lettered in both football and basketball while in high school
Personal
- Parents are Dana Skansi and Bob Ormond
- Three uncles played college football including Paul Skansi, who had a nine-year NFL career with the Steelers and Seahawks
- Enjoys snowboarding, fishing and hiking in his spare time
