- One of two Utes (alongside TJ Clarkson) to start all 55 games, playing center field throughout the season.
- Arguably one of the Pac-12's most improved players from the 2023 season, raising his batting average nearly 100 points (.266 to .356) and slugging from .393 to .562, to go with career-highs of 83 hits, 21 doubles, seven HR and 58 RBI.
- Set both the Utah single-season (33) and career (66) records for stolen bases.
- Led the Pac-12 and ranked 10th nationally with 33 stolen bases; his 13 swipes in conference play was also a league-best.
- Was among the Pac-12’s top-10 in most major categories including batting average (5th, .356); OBP (8th, .430); hits (3rd, 83); doubles (T-3rd; 21); RBI (T-6th, 58) and runs scored (T-8th; 52).
- His .355 batting average in conference play ranked 7th.
- 27 multi-hit games was the most by a Ute in the Pac-12 era; Utah was 19-8 in those games.
- Went 5-for-7 and scored five runs in the win over Utah Valley (April 16).
- Finished a triple short of the cycle and drove in two runs in the rubber game vs. Arizona (May 12).
2023 – Junior
- Played in 46 games (44 starts), primarily in the outfield with two games at DH.
- Hit .266 on the season with 11 doubles, one triple and three home runs.
- Ranked second on the team with 35 runs scored, third with 35 RBI and third in on-base percentage (.397).
- His 11 doubles, 34 walks and 11 stolen bases were all second-most by a Ute for the season.
- Tallied 15 multi-hit games (four with three hits) and finished the season on a nine-game hitting streak.
- Heated up through April and May with a .319 batting average during his final 29 games played.
- Had a career-high-tying five RBI in the win over Cal Poly (May 12).
- Drove in four runs during the series-opening victory at No. 15 Oregon State (May 5).
2022 – Sophomore
- Played and started in 50 games, all in the outfield.
- Hit .277 with 14 doubles, three triples, four homers, 35 RBI and a team-leading 43 runs scored.
- Walked 39 times on the season, more than any other Ute.
- Ranked second on the team with a .410 on base percentage and fourth in slugging (.436).
- Drove in a career-best five runs in the win over Dixie State (April 26).
- Had a walk-off RBI single on the first pitch against BYU (April 19).
- Hit a grand slam in the Opening Night win at Loyola Marymount (Feb. 18).
- Three games with four hits, the last coming in the Mercer series finale (March 27) in which Roberts had three doubles and a pair of RBI.
2021 – Freshman
- Started all 50 games, seeing time both in the infield and outfield as well as at DH.
- Hit .291 with 15 doubles, two triples, two homers and 26 RBI.
- Had the longest hitting streak on the team (15 games) from April 25-May 23.
- Tallied 15 games with multiple hits, including three hits in the wins over Stanford (March 20) and Utah Valley (April 20).
- First career home run came in the series opener vs. Northern Colorado (May 8).
- Clubbed his second home run in the road win at BYU (May 18).
Prior to Utah
- Played scholastically at Skyridge High School in Lehi, Utah where he was coached by his father, Ryan Roberts.
- Lettered all four years and had a career batting average of .370.
- Named first team all-state as well as second-team all-state in his high school career.
- Also played basketball while in high school.
Personal
- Son of Ryan and Angela Roberts.
- Has three siblings, Hunter, Ripken and Rylin.
- Father spent time in the St. Louis Cardinals organization.
- Mother starred in volleyball at Idaho State.
- Sister, Rylin, is a an All-Conference outside hitter on the Weber State volleyball team.
- Enjoys the outdoors in his spare time, namely fishing, boating and camping.
