- Primary catcher for the Utes, playing in 43 games and making 41 starts behind the dish—in part for Pac-12 Pitcher of the Year Bryson Van Sickle and NCBWA Stopper of the Year candidate Micah Ashman.
- Slashed .321 / .438 / .453 on the season, contributing six doubles, four home runs, 25 RBI and 20 walks.
- Ranked third on the team in batting average, second in OBP and fifth in slugging.
- His 23-game on-base streak was the second-longest on the team.
- Had a pair of three-hit games and three-RBI performances, among 11 multi-hit games and five games with multiple RBI.
- Set season-highs in the Utah Tech win (May 14) with three hits, two doubles and three RBI.
- In a cool coincidence, recorded his first stolen base as a Ute against California Baptist (Feb. 17), sliding around the tag of his brother, Gunner.

- Played in 73 career NCAA games with stops at New Mexico State (2022-23) and CSU San Bernardino (2019).
- Hit .267 with New Mexico State during the 2023 season with four doubles, three home runs and 17 RBI.

- Graduated in 2018 from Rancho Cucamonga HS, where he played under head coach RJ Farrell.
- Earned All-League First Team and All-State Second Team while with the Cougars.

- Son of Danny and Kristi Antillon.
- Has one sibling, Gunner.
- Hunter and Gunner were teammates at New Mexico State in 2022 and '23. Gunner later played at California Baptist.
