2015-2016: Pac-12 All-Academic selection ... Took 24th in the 200 breast with a personal best time of 2:20.25 at the Art Adamson Invitational ... also had a 29th place finish and a season best time in the 100 SCY breast (1:04.56) ... At the 2016 Pac-12 Championships, posted a season-best time in the 200 IM (2:07.98), placing 31st in the 100 breast (1:04.57), and 36th in the 100 fly (57.27)
2014-15: Medical Leave of Absence/ Medical Redshirt Year—broken neck & back.
2013-14: Recorded season-best times with a 26th-place finish in the 100 breast (1:04.37) and a 24th-place finish in the 400 IM (4:23.23) at the Pac-12 Championships ... Also set a season-best time in the 200 IM (2:04.12) at Pac-12's ... set season-best times in the 200 fly (10th, 2:03.28) and the 100 fly (17th, 56.55) at the Missouri Invitational ... Placed second in both the 200 fly (2:06.58) and the 400 IM (4:30.69) against Oregon State ... third-place finish in the 100 breast (1:06.64) against UNLV ... recorded a second-place finish in the 200 fly (2:08.97) against Denver ... Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention selection.
2012-13: Season-best time in the 100 fly was 56.95 (Pac-12's) with a best time of 2:06.22 (Pac-12's) in the 200 fly ... 2.07.11 (Pac-12's) was season-best time in the 200 IM with a time of 4:40.83 (vs. Washington State) in the 400 IM ... placed fifth in the 200 back (2:13.28) and 200 fly (2:11.05) at Denver ... finished third in the 100 fly (58.87) vs. Arizona State ... took fourth in the 200 fly (2:09.01) and the 200 IM (2:12.08) versus BYU ... fifth in the 50 free (25.20) and 100 fly (59.79) against California ... placed third in the 100 fly (59.37) and fifth in the 200 fly (2:11.38) versus USC.
High School/Club: Swam under John Gibson at Carroll High School (Fort Wayne) and Northwest Aquatics Swim Club (NACS). Four-year letter winner, Outstanding attitude award, team MVP--2010, 2011 and 2012. Placed in the top-8 in the 200 IM and 100 Fly at Indiana High School State Championships--2010, 2011, and 2012. Indiana National Team Member 2011 & 2012…Team Indiana Junior National Rookie of the Year… 100 free, 200 IM, 100 fly, 200 fly, 400 IM, 100 back and 200 breast school record holder
Personal: Born November 15th, 1993…daughter of Rick and Nan Bull…has two siblings, both are swimmers…Parker (18) and Carson (16) …father attended Indiana University (IPFW) and Palmer College of Chiropractic…mother attended Indiana University (IPFW)… Previously a member of Carroll High School Interact Rotary Club and Student Council ..… Sydney enjoys fishing, hiking, and photography…majoring in PRT--Sports Management and Marketing
