Bio
Hibbert Notes: Made a lot of progress in the offseason ... really developed back-row game ... worked on her overall ball control and definitely became more consistent as an attacker this spring.
2009: Finished third on team with 2.38 kills per set ... hit a career-high 21 kills on 54 attempts for a .241 hitting percentage to go with a season-high nine digs at Utah State (9/8) ... had 13 double-figure-kill matches ... led or tied for team lead in kills eight times ... had a career-high .577 hitting percentage with 15 kills on 26 swings at San Diego State (11/19) ... also had a .526 hitting percentage with 13 kills on 19 attempts and only three errors against Cal Poly (9/1) ... posted double-figures in kills for first time in career and had a career-high four blocks against UC Riverside (8/28) ... registered 17 kills on 35 swings with only three errors against Missouri (9/5) ... hit 10 kills and had six digs against BYU (10/23).
2008: Started four matches in 15 appearances this season, appearing in 23 sets ... totaled 19 kills, 34 digs, eight blocks and two assists on the season ... made first career start at home against San Diego State (10/11) and finished with nine digs, four kills and one block ... recorded four career highs in first career road start, a victory at BYU (10/17), registering five kills with a .222 hitting percentage to go along with 10 digs and two blocks ... also started matches at Air Force (10/25) and then-No. 7 Oregon (10/27).
High School/Club: The 2006 and 2007 Alaska Gatorade Volleyball Player of the Year ... a two-time PrepVolleyball.com High School All-American ... won three 4A state titles and two region championships at South Anchorage under head coach Judy Knecht ... MVP of 2007 4A state tournament ... three-time all-state and all-region selection ... only player from Alaska to be on the all-state team and win a state title three years in a row ... MVP of team junior and senior seasons ... ranked No. 90 on PrepVolleyball.com's Senior Aces list ... competes at the club level for Midnight Sun ... also played softball at South Anchorage ... member of National Honor Society.
