Friday's loss at Michigan dropped the Utah gymnasts from No. 2 to No. 4 in the national rankings, marking the first time Utah has been ranked lower than second since Jan. 14. Ahead of the Utes this week are Georgia, Alabama and Michigan. Utah fared better than this Friday's foe, Brigham Young, which dropped out of the rankings after checking in at No. 13 last week.

Utah remained the No. 1 balance beam team in the country with a 49.310 regional qualifying score and Theresa Kulkowski (9.945 RQS) is the top-ranked individual. Shannon Bowles is fourth (9.905) and Melissa Vituj is No. 12 (9.860). Vituj is also ranked No. 9 on floor exercise (9.910) and Kulikowski is No. 11 (9.905).
