SALT LAKE CITY - The University of Utah soccer team has announced a new season ticket campaign featuring Utah Utes soccer scarves. Scarves cost just $20 and double as a season ticket to all Utah Soccer home games. To purchase your Utah Utes scarf, click here or call 801-581-UTIX for more information. They will also be available at all home contests.
Modeled after those seen at soccer clubs around the world, the Utah scarves are available now and can be viewed in the adjoining photo gallery. Don't forget to also visit the Utah Soccer Facebook page to check out a video made by the players to promote the new campaign.
The Utes want to see you Show Your Scarf! Fans can interact with the team by uploading photos to the Utah Soccer Facebook page, showing off their Utah scarves at games, on campus or around the city. You can also post to the Utah Soccer Twitter feed (@utahwsoccer) and include the tag #sys.
Fans will be encouraged to use their scarves in all manner of positive cheering and celebrating Utah Soccer as the Utes strive to create the best fan experience and game atmosphere in the Mountain West Conference.
The Utes play their first home game Friday, Sept. 3, as they host Loyola Marymount. Kickoff is slated for 7:30 p.m. The entire 2010 schedule can be viewed here.
Attention Students! Become a founding member of the brand new Soccer MUSS! Registration will open online Aug. 1. Soccer MUSS memberships will cost just $10 and will include a specially designed MUSS Scarf as well as reserved seating at all home games.
