2011 RMISA Giant Slalom Qualifier Results 
Jeremy Elliot and Tii-Maria Romar both earned top-four finishes in the Rocky Mountain Intercollegiate Skiing Association Giant Slalom Qualifier Thursday at Winter Park, Colo.
Elliot claimed second in the men's giant slalom race with a time of 1:54.92. He was followed by Nick Cohee, who finished fifth overall with a time of 1:55.52. Ryan Wilson posted a 12th-place effort in 1:56.40, while Torjus Krogdahl tied for 14th in a time of 1:56.70. Eian Sandvik finished 22nd (1:58.39).
Romar turned in a fourth-place effort with a time of 2:02.83, while Sofia Smith joined Romar in the top 10 in 10th place at 2:03.88.
Up next for the Utes is the Denver Invitational, held tomorrow and Saturday. The nordic events will be held at the Aspen Valley Ski Club with the classical races beginning tomorrow in an interval start at 11:15 a.m. the giant slalom races of the DU Invite will be held at the Winter Park Competition Center.
