FLORIDA UTAHVAULT VAULTRachel Spicer 9.775 Stephanie McAllister 9.800Niclole Ellis 9.800 Georgia Dabritz 9.900Ashanee Dickerson 9.875 Tory Wilson 9.875Alaina Johnson 9.900 Kailah Delaney 9.900Marissa King 9.875 Kyndal Robarts 9.825Jamie Shisler 9.875 Corrie Lothrop 9.825VT: 49.325; Running: 49.325 VT: 49.325; Running: 98.225Utah vault notes:I would rank that as one of Stephanie McAllister's bettervaults this season. She had pretty good distance and areally solid landing.I missed Georgia's vault but the team went wild. Lookslike they knew what they were cheering about!Tory Wilson got WAY up and WAY out and nailed her landing. Then came Kailah Delaney who went even higher and farther.Great back-to-back vaults!Kyndal Robarts was perfet in the air but couldn'tcontrol her landing.Corrie Lothrop's new vault (that's why she was movedto the end of lineup) went very well other than a stepon the dismount. It's the same vault as Kyndal's and whenshe gets some more practice, watch her scores fly!
BARS BARSNicole Ellis 9.875 Cortni Beers 9.850Elizabeth Mahlich 9.850 Hailee Hansen 9.900Ashanee Dickerson 9.950 Kassandra Lopez 9.225Kytra Hunter 9.250 Georgia Dabritz 9.900Marissa King 9.900 Corrie Lothrop 9.850Alaina Johnson 9.950 Stephanie McAllister 9.400UB: 49.500; Running: 98.825 UB: 48.900; Running: 48.900Utah bar notes:Cortni Beers did very well in her new position as leadoff.Hailee Hansen's routine was a beauty.Kassandra Lopez had a weird break right off and thenjumped off the bars. Then a really long delay began between all of the competitorswhile scores were being figured out.Georgia Dabritz got up and did a really nice routine.Theonly deduction I saw was she might not have held her landing longenough before taking a little step.Corrie Lothrop's routine was clean and smooth.Stephanie McAllister had her normal great routine goingbut fell back on her landing and couldn't stay up. Obviously, she was good up on the bars as evidenced by the half tenthautomatic deduction bringing her to a 9.40.
BEAM BEAMRandy Stageberg 9.800 Stephanie McAllister 9.825Rachel Spicer 9.850 Kassandra Lopez 9.800Alaina Johnson 9.925 Mary Beth Lofgren 9.775Ashanee Dickerson 9.875 Cortni Beers 9.750Kytra Hunger 9.900 Kyndal Robarts 9.275Marissa King 9.925 Corrie Lothrop 9.900BB: 49.475; Running: 148.300 BB: 49.050; Running: 196.450Utah beam notes:I'm really proud of Stephanie McAllister. After herfall on bars, she came back with three really good routines, including this one on beam.Kassandra Lopez had a couple of small balance checksbut nothing that interfered with the flow of the meet. She showed good concentration.Mary Beth Lofgren's routine looked so good to me thatI'm guessing she must have missed a connection somewherewith her score.Cortni Beers had a beautiful routine up until late whenshe had a fairly big balance check.End of a rough night for Kyndal Robarts who fell on herseries.Corrie Lothrop was smooth as silk. She was moved to the endof the lineup so that she could do her double back dismountif everyone in front of her hit. When Kyns fell, Corriedowngraded her dismount or she might have scored a 9.95.That's how good that routine was.
FLOOR FLOORAmy Ferguson 9.825 Becky Tutka 9.850Randy Stageberg 9.875 Nansy Damianova 9.775Alaina Johnson 9.900 Kyndal Robarts 9.100Ashanee Dickerson 9.925 Georgia Dabritz 9.825Marissa King 9.950 Corrie Lothrop 9.875Kytra Hunter 9.950 Stephanie McAllister 9.850Fx: 49.600; Running: 197.900 FX: 49.175; Running: 147.400Utah floor notes:I didn't get a chance to ask Greg and Megan whythey moved Becky Tutka back to No. 1 on floor, butwhat a show-stopping opening routine. Her tumblingwas incredible and she that front somersault backinto the end of her second pass.I'm not sure what accounted for Nansy's 9.75 fromone judge. She didn't land her last pass very wellbut it wasn't horrible. There must have been somethingelse I missed.Kyndal Robarts was really low on her double Arabianfirst pass. She tried really hard to stay on herfeet, stumbling backwards trying to stay up,but had too much backwards momentum.Georgia Dabritz was mostly really good on thisroutine, especially her triple twist finish. Shecame close to stepping out of bounds on her secondpass and stumbled a little.I thought that was one of Corrie Lothrop's bestroutines this season. She really had good hop, great lines, nice leaps. The whole package.Ditto for Stephanie McAllister. Really nice routineall the way around.
