SALT LAKE CITY—Due to popular demand, Utah Gymnastics will offer two Peak Performance Camps this summer on June 26-28 and July 10-12 at the world-class Dumke Training Center on the University of Utah campus. The day camps will be conducted by the Utah coaches and gymnasts, along with an elite panel of guest coaches.
Visiting coaches include 1996 Olympic gold medalist and owner of Gold Medal Gymnastics (Ariz.) Amanda Borden, Twin City Twisters (Minn.) head coach/owner Mike Hunger, Salcianu Elite Gymnastics (Nev.) head coaches/owners Tammy and Sorin Salcianu, and Dynamics Gymnastics (Ariz.) head coach Gina Martin.
The Utah Gymnastics Peak Performance Camps are open to any and all female entrants ages 7-18 and will emphasize skill work, strength training, dance, nutrition and mental approach. It is highly recommended that participants have completed at least one year of level 4 or higher.
In addition to the three days of gymnastics training, camp activities will also include bowling, a camp dance and a Q & A/autograph session with the Utah gymnasts. Registered campers will receive a t-shirt and camp photo. The camp fee includes two lunches (Thursday and Friday) and dinner Thursday.
Be sure to register as soon as possible as there is a maximum of 90 participants per camp.

Session 1:
June 26-28 (Wednesday 1-5 p.m./Thursday 9 a.m.-7 p.m./Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m.)
Session 2:
July 10-12 (Wednesday 1-5 p.m./Thursday 9 a.m.-7 p.m./Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m.)
*registration is from noon-1 p.m. on Wednesday
