SALT LAKE CITY – The Utah men's basketball team returns home to the friendly confines of the Jon M. Huntsman Center as it plays host to the 265th edition of the in-state rivalry between Utah and BYU this Saturday, Jan. 18, at 7 p.m. (MST).

Roxy Bernstein will have the action on ESPN+ alongside Tim Welsh for the first of two games between the Runnin' Utes and Cougars as they square off for the first time as conference rivals since the 2010-11 season (MWC).

Utah sophomore
Keanu Dawes has had back-to-back breakout games, scoring 16 points in both of them to help the Utes secure wins against Oklahoma State and on the road against TCU. In those two instances, Dawes came off the bench and provided an electric spark on offense and defense for the Utes.

WATCH OUT FOR WAHLIN
Since his reinsertion into the starting line-up, sophomore
Jake Wahlin has been productive for the Utes. In the 7 games he has stated for Utah, Wahlin is averaging 8.0 points, 6.0 rebounds, 1.1 blocks and 1.9 steals with a .528 shooting clip.

Utah's 73-65 win over TCU handed the Horned Frogs their first loss at home this season and snapped a nine-game winning-streak inside Schollmaier Arena. Utah also picked up its first win against TCU on the road since Jan. 22, 2011, when the two were in the Mountain West Conference 75-62.
