Utah, Arizona State set for 8:15 p.m. MT kickoff on ESPN
SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah football team returns to Rice-Eccles Stadium for an 8:15 p.m. MT kickoff vs. No. 21 Arizona State on Saturday. The Utes (4-1, 1-1 Big 12) and Sun Devils (4-1, 2-0 Big 12) will meet for the 36th time in history and second time as members of the Big 12 Conference. Â

 THE NUMBERS
• Utah has won three consecutive games vs. Arizona State in Salt Lake City and four of the last five contests overall in the series.
• The Utes are second in the FBS and lead the Big 12 Conference in third down conversion percentage (61%). Utah was a perfect 8-for-8 on third down in the first half last time out at West Virginia, building a 28-0 lead at the break on the way to a 48-14 win. Â
• John Henry Daley is third in the country and leads the conference in sacks, totaling 6.5 on the season for 58 yards. Daley is also third in the FBS in sacks per game (1.30).
• Jackson Bennee is fourth nationally and tied for the conference lead with three interceptions. He had a streak of three straight games with a pick earlier this season (Cal Poly, at Wyoming and Texas Tech).
 UTAH FOOTBALL: NEED TO KNOWS
• Quarterback Devon Dampier has been very efficient through five games, currently leading the Big 12 and sitting 11th in the FBS in completion percentage (72%). Dampier is also third in the conference in completions per game (22.2).
• Utah is in the top 20 nationally and sits third in the conference in both scoring defense and scoring offense. The Utes are allowing just 14.6 points per game (16th NCAA) and are scoring 39.0 points per game (18th NCAA). Â
• Two-way player Jackson Bennee (S) has started three games on both offense and defense (Cal Poly, Texas Tech, WVU) while Lander Barton (LB) and Smith Snowden (CB) have both started twice on offense and all five games on defense.
• Ryan Davis is eighth in the FBS and second in the conference at 7.2 receptions per game.
