SALT LAKE CITY — Utah sophomore
Avery Neff had a banner night leading the Red Rocks over BYU for a season-high, 198.025-196.025 score at the Jon M. Huntsman Center last Friday while setting three career-highs and matching one other as she claimed her third-straight all-around crown.
Neff mesmerized the Huntsman crowd on bars, earning the second perfect 10 of her career which also happened to be the first 10 of the season on the apparatus in the country. The former No. 1 recruit's efforts not only gave the Utes their highest total bars score of 2026 (49.750) but set the mark for the highest team bars score in the country to date.

The Utah local wasn't finished impressing, heading to beam where she matched her career-high of 9.95 for the third week in a row before heading to floor and setting one more career-high on the event of 9.95.
Neff ended the night with a 39.700 in the all-around (also a career-high), giving her four event wins on the evening (bars, beam, floor, and the all-around), and amplifying her career wins total to 21 and her season wins to 13.
Neff currently ranks No. 5 in the country in the all-around, tied 12
th on beam, tied 16th on vault, and tied 25
th on bars.
