Sergio Jimenez Selected to Ping NCAA Division I All-Region Team

Utah’s Spanish junior is one of 150 golfers to earn the honor for 2025-26
NORMAN, Okla.—Sergio Jimenez is one of 150 collegiate golfers selected to the Ping NCAA Division I All-Region Western Team for the 2025-26 season.
Ranked as the 63rd best player in the country for the year, Jimenez had a solid junior campaign highlighted by a third-place finish at the Big 12 Championship that included tying a conference record 7-under 63 round and earning a spot on the league's All-Big 12 First Team.
Jimenez had two top three finishes for the 2025-26 season—Big 12s and the Tindall while posting a 69.2 shooting average on the year.
Additionally, Utah's Spanish golfer, qualified to showcase his game on the world stage, competing at the World Amateur Team Championships last fall.
