SALT LAKE CITY – The Utah men's basketball team officially signed international guard Noam Yaacov for the upcoming 2026-27 season.

Yaacov comes to the Wasatch Front with plenty of international experience, having represented Israel on the senior national team since 2023. He's also had success on the international stage, earning all-tournament honors and all-star team selections at multiple FIBA events at the U18 and U20 level.

- Led Oostende to a runner-up finish in the BNXT League (2025-26)
- Was a 2025-26 BNXT League MVP Finalist after averaging 17.4 points, 3.9 rebounds and 5.8 assists
- Helped Hapoel Tel Aviv to the 2025 EuroCup Championship
- Guided Hapoel Jerusalem to the 2023 Israeli Cup Championship

The Danish-Israeli guard will join newcomers Lukas McCanna, TJ Burch, Alec Anigbata, Taison Chatman, Jackson Holcombe, Styles Clemmons, Zati Loubaki, Malek Gomma, Grayson Gaddis and return missionaries Jaxon Johnson and David Katoa.
