Biography

On Lange: Competed twice at the NCAA Championships (2018, 2020) … two-time all-RMISA, earning first-team honors in 2020 … one career win and five career podium finishes … 20 career top-10 finishes … member of two NCAA Championship teams (2017, 2019).
 
2020: Finished 14th in the 5-km freestyle at the NCAA Championships (classic cancelled due to coronavirus pandemic) … first-team All-RMISA … third in the league with four podium finishes … earned first career win in the 5-km freestyle at the Aspen RMISA qualifier and finished second in the 21-km classic Owl Creek Chase to earn RMISA Skier of the Week honors … second in the 15-km classic at the Colorado Invitational … third in the 5-km freestyle at the RMISA Championships … USCSCA National Collegiate All-Academic Ski Team.
 
2019: Season-best finish fifth in the 5-km freestyle at the New Mexico Invite … seven top 10 finishes … sixth in the 10-km classic at the Colorado Invite and the 5-km freestyle at the Montana State Invite … Utah won the NCAA Championship … reached the quarterfinals of the classic sprint at the U.S. Cross Country Championships … USCSCA National Collegiate All-Academic Ski Team.
 
2018: Finished 21st in the 15-km freestyle and 24th in the 5-km classic at the NCAA Championships … second-team All-RMISA … first career podium finish at the RMISA Championships finishing second in the 5-km classic … four top-10 finishes … seventh in the 21-km freestyle at the New Mexico Invite … tied for seventh in the 5-km classic at the Utah Invite.
 
2017: Four top 15 finishes … season-best 11th-place finish in the sprint freestyle at the Seawolf Invite … placed 12th in the 5-km classic and 14th in the 15-km freestyle at the RMISA Championship … helped Utah's No. 2 team finish seventh in the 4x5-km mixed classic relay at the Seawolf Invite … also finished fifth in the 5-km classic at the New Hampshire Carnival … USCSCA National Collegiate All-Academic Ski Team … Utah won the NCAA Championship.
 
Prior to Utah: Member of the Park City Nordic Ski Club … competed at the 2016 FIS Junior World Championships … placed 20th in the women's 10-km classical, 21st in women's freestyle sprints and 21st in the 5-km junior freestyle at the 2016 U.S. National Championships ... finished fourth in the 10-km classic at the 2015 USSA Junior National Championships while placing ninth in sprints and fifth in the 3x2.5-km relay ... won the 3x3-km relay race at 2014 Junior Nationals while finishing second in the 5-km classic, third in the sprints and fifth in the 5-km freestyle ... finished in the top five in all four races at the 2013 Junior National Championships with a fourth-place finish in the sprints and fifth place finishes in the 5-km classic, 5-km free and 3x3.3-km races … as one of the youngest members of her age group at junior nationals in 2012 she was 12th in the 5-km classic and ninth in the 3x3-km relay ... 2010 Youth Winter Sports Alliance Circle of Excellence Award recipient … also played soccer and competed in cross country at Park City HS … named best newcomer in 2012 in cross country.
