PRIOR TO UTAH: Played two seasons at Snow College ... second team all-conference as a freshman ... led Snow College to the conference title and to the Golden Isles Bowl championship in 2003 ... 72 catches for 1000-plus yards ... all-state, all-region and team captain at North Sevier High (Utah) ... led football team to a 2A Regional Championship in 1996 ... also lettered in basketball, baseball and track ... two-time all-state in basketball ... Deseret News 2A Defensive Player of the Year as a senior ... state champion in 110 high hurdles ... led 1997 basketball and track teams to 2A state championships.
