Prior to Utah: Started nine games at Cal Poly in 2023 after transferring from Washington (2021-22).
Personal: Father, Damon, played quarterback at Washington (1993-95), finishing his career as UW’s all-time passing leader, going on to have a 12-year career in the NFL with two Super Bowls … uncle, Brock, also started at quarterback at UW (1996-98), breaking his older brother’s passing yards record … uncle, Luke, played football at North Carolina.
Prior to Utah: Started nine games at Cal Poly in 2023 after transferring from Washington (2021-22).
- Went 184-of-303 (10 INT, 18 TD) passing for 2,247 yards in 2023.
- Set the school record for passing touchdowns in a game against Lincoln, finishing with six on 28-of-39 passing for 325 yards.
- Also set the school record for completions (37) against Sacramento State, going 37-of-58 for a career-high 483 yards (2 TD).
- Played in five games at Washington, including four with a start in 2021.
- Went 17-of-31 passing (1 TD) for 190 yards against Washington State in 2021.
- North Puget Sound League 4A Player of the Year and All-NPSL 4A first-team as a senior.
- Seattle Times’ Area Offensive Player of the Year and AP 4A State Player of the Year his junior year.

- All-NPSL Mountain Division, All-League Offensive Back of the Year and AP all-state honorable mention as a sophomore.
- Named MaxPreps National Freshman of the Year in 2017.
- Broke the state record for career passing yards (13,214) and touchdowns (153).
- As a senior in 2020 (abbreviated season), he had 1,473 yards with 21 touchdowns.
- Led the state in passing yards as a sophomore and a junior.
- Completed 269-of-426 passes for 4,172 yards and 56 touchdowns as a junior.
- Was 248-of-395 passing for 4,141 yards and 42 touchdowns his sophomore season.
- Went 229-of-397 for 3,432 yards and 34 touchdowns as a freshman.
