2013-14- Placed 13th in the 400 IM with a season-best and new school record time of 4:18.52 and 18th in 200 back with season-best and new school record time of 1:57.52 at Pac-12 Championships ... Also recorded season-bests at Pac-12's in 500 free (4:49.70) and 100 back (56.78) ... Pair of first-place finishes against Oregon State in the 200 back (2:02.74) and 400 IM (4:28.28) ... Finished first in the 200 back (2:02.16) against Boise State ... Pair of first-place finishes in the 1,000 free (season-best 10:17.44) and 200 back (2:04.09) against UNLV ... First-place in the 400 IM (4:29.53) against UCLA ... Placed first in the 500 free (5:03.56) against Washington State ... Other season-bests included the 200 free (1:51.48) at Missouri Invitational, 200 fly (2:10.62) against UNLV and 200 IM (2:07.74) against Denver ... member of 800 free relay team that finished 20th at NCAA Championships with a school record time of 7:10.35

High School/Club Swim - Four-year letterwinner at Brighton High School ... was ranked as the No. 1 swimmer in the state of Utah as a senior by CollegeSwimming.com ... an NISCA Girls High School All-American in 2011 in the 200 and 500 free, plus the 200 individual medley and in the 200 free as a junior in 2010 ... led Brighton to a state title in 2010 winning the 200 free, 500 free and 200 medley relay as she led her team to the state title ... Utah state high school record holder in the 200 free (1:50.32), 500 free (4:56.96) and 200 IM... team captain ... Utah high school Swimmer of the Year as a senior ... member of Cottonwood Heights Aquatic Team...achieved Junior National times in 200, 500, 200 back.
Personal - Born July 16, 1993 ... daughter of Todd and Malina Barrett ... has one younger brother, Tyler ... chose Utah because of the coaching staff and fun environment ... part of National Honor society in high school and graduated with a 3.89 GPA ... enjoys cooking, reading, demon hunting, and being a consulting detective ... mom, dad and uncle attended Utah ... father played football for Modesto Junior College and won the National Junior College Championship in the '80-'81 season ... majoring in biology ... plans on going into medical school in the hopes of becoming a doctor.
