SANTA CLARA, Calif. - The National Soccer Coaches Association of America announced their all-West region soccer players on Tuesday. Utah Senior Amy Kofoed was among those honored, as she was named to the third team all-West for Division I soccer for the third consecutive year.
Kofoed led the Mountain West Conference this season in goals (12) and points (30) and was honored to the all-MWC first team for the third consecutive year. Her 46 career goals and 108 career points are a school record. Her 16 assists is second all-time at Utah. Against Wyoming this season, Kofoed set conference and school records with four goals and nine points.
Kofoed joins Brigham Young's Aleisha Cramer (first team all-West) as the only players in the conference to receive NSCAA recognition. Cramer was second in the conference in points (27) and tied for fourth in the conference with nine goals.
